Finish my stage 2. While tightening up the downpipe to turbo, one of my bolt seized up! I try breaking it off but it just striped the bolts and nuts. Now I want to know if it needs to be cut off? and if anyone can cut it off let me know will pay.

get an extractor socket in that size and it should come off. a breaker bar in combination with it will help also.

Did this once but not that bolt. I dont remember what it was but I sanded the stripped bolt back to its shape and got it off with a socket/wrench. I sanded with some kinda of tool that looks like those flat stick that people use to sharpen knifes by hand. But I dont think you'll have enought space on the Turbo/DP bolt.

They are stainless, so when they lock up like that you will either need to snap it off or cut it off.
