im not working woke up to a big mess. spent mortars and atleast 40 roman candles on my lawn from our WAR!

Charter suffered a major fiber cut that dropped NC, SC, and VA off the map today and it's still slow. That's how dead it is around here.
I'd much rather not be here still getting paid. Good news is I get paid for tomorrow even tho I'm not scheduled for it. :biggrin:
LOL how do you know her? Been here since 9am and there was traffic when I went to work. I was very surprised. I had a whopping 4 leads all day and 1 bad one. Grrrrrrrr!

I'm still at work. the roads have been very empty today, leading me to also wonder if anyone else is stuck working. I work at a bank, but today is not a holiday. see you on columbus day.
Umm just got off work. Heading back punch in at 6am on the 4th.(Might want to punch something else.) Should get off by 5pm ish.
godamm im still at work too. 1 1/2 hrs to go. good thing the boss isnt here tonight. watched movies on the work pc almost the entire time i was here. VLC player FTW, no need to install the program onto the work pc (no admin rights).
Been here an hour and a half. Just chillin waiting for our trucks to come in, and listening to some Lonely Island on Pandora.
I worked last night. and I work today. and today, it'll be in a trailer with an oven and the owner of the store in Bayfront park with a billion tourists for 9 hours.....yea, I'm looking forward to it :ugh: I just hope we'll be able to see the fireworks.
I was supposed to work 2p to 2a today. But traded out of it. My double time pay for the day was really easy to bait for the trade. I worked last night though 2p-3am this morning so I got 3 hours of double time out of it.
I'm sure there are thousands of Mao's in the St. Paul / Mpls area alone lol. She went to Arlington with me.
Am I the only one working today/tonight? Started at 11pm...dont get done til 11:30 am. Ghey. Back to work tomorrow night at 8 for a 10 hour shift. Boy I love hospitals!
I just got home, I worked the tube stand at Rivers Edge (Apple River) Friday and Saturday. almost 30 hours in 2 days. Good times though, I love that place!
Love that place! Last time I was there I got plastered from a liter of root beer schnaaps, don't remember a thing about the last half of the trip down the river (first and only time I've been that hammered to forget what happened), puked my guts out as soon as I hit land right in front of a cop uke:, lost 2 tubes (and had to pay for them), then continued to dry heave in the parking lot for another couple of hours... now that I think of it, maybe it wasn't such a great time. :laugh::ugh:
Finally done with my work weekend. O my . 3 days off so tired tho. Hope everyone had a good weekend. I will enjoy my mon-wed off with some quiet time and fishing.
