Sorry for the delay... now that it seems there is a minor form or resolution with the coupon from SoA in hand, I am not hesitant to say that it was St. Cloud Subaru. My hope is that this is a rare instance that I caught the unlucky end of. I know many others have had great experiences up there, but for me, this will not have me returning to their dealership. Funny though, last week for my birthday, I got the dealership card in the mail. No phone call back on my inquiries, but I got a birthday card.
