I just assume this is what it could be.

was going to do the headers this weekend, only ended up doing the up-pipe.
now she makes a nice hard rattle when going left under throttle. sometimes up hill.
was a version 2 grimspeed up-pipe... all heat shielding has been removed.

    any thoughts?

seems like it could be quite a few things, there is a fair amount of hardware that needs to come out to put the up-pipe in. what did you do with the EGT?

well this wouldnt be the issue cause he only sells the BEST and TOP quality, but if it was an ERZ I WOULD SAY BINGO. .... ha ha ha ha... couldnt resist the dig at Justin...

seriously though it shouldnt be the up-pipe rattling at all...

check clearances.. you may need a second set of eyes while you turn the wheel... then of course check all bolts...

man, don't frighten me with that stuff :/
i'll pop under the car after work and take a peek.

justin seems to think its the up-pipe rubbing on the crossover..
i'm gonna slide under and take a peek.

by just removing the shileding I wouldn't think it should rattle.
it sounds like a solid piece of pipe is letting something vibrate on it. under the hood I go I guess.

well I am not quite sure how the up-pipe would rub on the x-over seeing as it is joined to the manifold/x-over... maybe he needs to sell you another one of his product ;)

make sure your engine mount bolt/nut was tightened.. sounds like maybe the engine shifts during hard turns/ecceleration....

^^ that makes way more sense then.. yeah.. sounds like it.. especially if he left a nut loose and the engine is shifting....

I couldnt figure out for the life of me how a x-over and up-pipe would rub... ha ha
