Let me think about that. I would have to put some more work into that file to finish it, it's still kinda rough in vector form. I suppose I'd have to take the wing off of the back and put "Car of the Month, July 2007" on the bottom, right? , then _all_ the car of the month winners would want a custom t-shirt....

i think its real good.. like others said black and white is played out but its played out for a reason...it looks best(mostly).. but anyways.. maybe since the 04/05 guys want there car on there.. they could have the rear of the car on the back.. its different from gc and 02/03 and not as colorful as 06/07

I liked the idea of just the 3 cars, not with the state, a lot better....
and also, if you're sick of white and black, why not do silver and black?

Why not nix the state, do the 3 cars with MNSUBARU.com below it on the front, and the kanji on the back?

I thought we voted on design ideas. Only your hoodie design was actually completed artwork, the rest were sketches, etc.

I took some "artistic" liberty creating the artwork, yes. The three cars alone would be very small on the shirt. I showed my ideas to mlgez (he had the winning design idea) before finalizing them and had them approved by him.

Not everything can be done by vote, etc, at some point things just need to get done. And so far the majority of the feedback I've been hearing is very positive.

I don't know what else to say here, I put a lot of work into this. I'm sorry if some people don't like it, but I don't think we can possibly come up with one design that will please everyone.

I really was confused.

 

Sorry if I got a little defensive. I tried to find a balance between doing the idea Matt came up with and doing what I thought would look good on the shirt.

 

I really like it Joel, good work. Although I agree with the 'mix, the "fuji heavy industries" on the bottom looks like it's just tacked on there. I think removing it would make the design more balanced.

 

I'm playing around with the file again, I do like it with _something_ there. But it's not terrible with nothing either.
