another crappy part is that it hasn't really gotten past the store level yet (as in, she's the only one involved so far). It doesn't go to Corp. until we have an arbitration meeting with her, which will just be a waste of time. Once that's done, then we can go higher up to corp and hr. Right now, I really don't want the job back. I just want her to eat **** and loose her job.
Couldn't you send someone to let the air out of her tires at least once a week. And leave the pin out of the valve. LOL This is a fun one. Good luck bro!
We've already been over this, and no, she isn't. The only way sex would be a form of revenge in this case is if you're doing her doggy style, and then quick pull out and jam it in a less sunny-place, forcing her to hit her head on the headboard. Then you can have the joy of saying, "now you know how it feels to get f-ed in the ass!". That's what I did with my last ex-girlfriend.... Alright, I really didn't, but I heard of someone that did. Either way, I think some ovary-punching is in effect. We could make a group event of it!
well, this is still ongoing. I wasn't expecting it to be this long but I am enjoying the time off. The state did rule in my favor for unemployment surprisingly. So i am getting that in the meantime. They used my word over there's and claimed that even if I was late and that that was the reason for termination, that it wasn't a misconduct since there were no warnings given. On another note though, the union rep is horrible and hasn't answered a single phone call of mine or returned any messages over the past few weeks. So I've contacted a lawyer and we're going to figure out a game plan. Will update as necessary.
I couldn't agree more now. At first it was nice having someone there who you thought had you back and was looking out for your best interest. Then slowly she started taking the manager's word over mine and thought I was the one lying. I even told her to physically call the other reps for statements and she hasn't done crap.
Yup, one of my previous jobs in manufacturing was a union job -- Teamsters 970 to be exact. What a joke. Working conditions were way worse, pay was lower, and my benefits were not as good when compared to nearly the same job at a competing company that was non-union. And on top of that, I got to pay those *******s something like $50 a month.
