Adventures continue. Just bought this car and fixing problems. Drivers fog wasn't working. Replaced bulb and came on for a few days. Now nothing. I don't know wiring and this thing has aftermarket headlights. ALL other lights work.

    1999 Impreza

Could I buy someone a case of beer or something to get this light working? Thanks for any help!

Ok, so beer isn't a very good bribe I see. How about $50-100 bucks?

Today while messing with my drivers headlight (which kept going out) I saw a little spark and now I can't get it on at all. Also when I turn my dim lights on the BRIGHT driver side is very dim and won't go on when I do turn the brights on. I guess I f'd that all up. Thanks again for any help.

What type of aftermarket headlights? Also how is the wiring behind the lights? Plug and play with harness or spiced up wires?

They are projector look with halos and tiny LEDs in the middle of the grill. Look very cheap eBay style. There are many wires running to all the different lights. The headlights plug in using a thin metal tab inserted into a clamp at the end of the wire. The high beams DID work perfectly, but the regular light would not come on unless I jiggled the wire. It would then stay on until I turned the car off.

    These are what I have....

I'm going to bump this. The headlight and fog on that side are still out. Nameless/faceless craigslist mechanic says he will fix for $100 bucks. I'm sure someone here can do it for less. It appears to be fairly easy??? I don't know. text if you want 952-two one two-5279. Again, thanks for any help!
