A few of the little yellow plastic clips on the door weatherstripping have either torn through the rubber or the retainer tabs have snapped off, causing some parts of the weatherstripping to not stay where it should be. Now, I know replacing the door weatherstripping all around is the only truly correct way to resolve this, but it would be an extremely costly job. I'm more looking for the cheap & easy good enough fix. Can you buy only the little plastic clips? Has anybody had luck fixing small tears in their weatherstripping with any adhesives? Advice? Comments?
