NOPE.... CLOSED SATURDAY... Time for family.. working 60-70 hrs a week for a few dollars ain't really building a healthy family or marriage.. It has been a fantastic learning time, and now we are excited to just have a normal life.... I will probably be working there under the new owners but it definitely puts an end to any installs, side work or club events that can be hosted at the shop.... I guess the new guys are a little more by the book and conscious about stuff... they are more business oriented then me... We decided I like to tinker with cars but business is not what I enjoy... too many arseholes that like to take advantage of that... or people who have more money then me who are too cheap to fix broke **** yet I am the guy they accuse and abuse for trying to help... anyways.. enough of that.. I am done with it.. soon I can just go to work, fix cars, go home... and get paid.. My wife has had to deal with me being a guy she never married... I hope more of you will get to see even a better side to me, as I have totally been beat down in the last 3 yrs and my personality although similar has been a lot more negative then I like... so look out Ray it will get kicked up about 10y... times now.... ha ha ha again... Thanks to all that have trusted me with their cars, have visited the shop... I know in the future I will set up something else again, I have my torches, welder, and pipe bender... I will be setting up a small shop at my house whether my current one or when we finally build (5-10yr) ha haa You will all be the first to hear when that happens... again thanks a lot to all of you... maybe I will have more time and energy to take some trips up to FS a little more often in the future....

Nate, I enjoyed doing business with you for the little time I was able. Mike Wagner said it best, and I encourage you to pursue your dreams of a small side-shop. I know at least 3 people that had their small side-shop turn into full-blown tuner shops. It took some time, but they did it, and they all have their scruples, too. Those guys are now all known as THE places to go get work done in Colorado Springs, Denver, and Boulder. Good luck, to you. -Greg P.S. um.... sure.. I will leave the plug and gasket cement in the parking lot..... read about 6 posts up.... ALL TOOLS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM SHOP TODAY!!! I do not have one wrench in the store.... I wont be at the shop much from here on out unless I am cleaning... or maybe an alignment cause all I would need would be like 5 tools...

This sucks...I was going by your place every other day or so on my new delivery route and I'd been meaning to stop in and shoot the breeze for a bit. I understand why you're making this decision though, and it's good to see you realize that family means more than anything else. I have been so busy I have not checked this thread till just now. I tried calling the shop yesterday and got a message that it was closed. Man I need to keep up better. Family comes first is a hard one when your self employed. Good luck Nathan with what ever you decide to do in the future.
