I have an extra set of 16" blizzaks that i wanted to put on our 05 LGT. Are there any 16" wheels that will fit over the LGT brakes?

What about 98-01 RS rims, I'm pretty sure they fit over 4-pots so why not lgt brakes? (I haven't tested this yet on my lgt, but I'm pretty sure they should fit).

I'm betting they won't. With 4 pots there's almost no clearance left, and LGT brakes are bigger than the WRX units by over an inch IIRC.

iirc, lgt rotors and sti rotors are the same size and it is just a different caliper setup.

    similar.

WRX rotors are 294mm. LGT are 316, and STi are 326.

IIRC, the problem with LGT brakes isn't with the clearance between the outside face of the caliper and the spokes on the wheels, but rather the clearance between the edges of the caliper and the inner ring of the wheel.

Basically, you need a wheel that is at least 17" in diameter to work.

yep, its not the caliper to spoked clearance, its the outer caliper to inner wheel clearance.
