Also, barely fit a tiny vac and hose in the back of the BRZ. Had to turn, angle, tilt, spin it in place. Not much room back thur. Tow rope fits! Pretty sure that my golf clubs and sub will fit...that’s all that really matters!
Some various machine parts including a nearly 400lb electric motor. Glad I have the lifted overload king springs now!
Hauled home a "new" axle for the truck (92 GMC) with the Legacy. Thing handled it like a champ. She's really been pulling her weight around here lately.
this is going to my astronomy club observing site with a 12" telescope. when i camp i also have a tent and folding cot as well
I tend to abuse the capacity and capability of my roof racks. Getting these flimsy PVC strips home was up there on my 'being that guy' list
Getting ready to start hauling bikes and hockey bags. I just installed the Subaru/ Thule Cargo Crossbars on my 2018 WRX. The 2018’s have integral hard points from the factory. Bike carriers and a roof basket on the way.
Yeah it is, and close enough to do a long weekend. Although hikes were kind of tough considering we left the kid carrier backpack at home...
After the truck didn't wanna start tonight, we resorted to hauling the bike home on top of the wagon. Perfect fit.
In case anyone is not considering an older Impreza because of children. You can definitely fit at least two car seats in the back. Two disclaimers. 1) You probably shouldn't be over 5ft 8in and 2) You either can't bring your spouse, they have to be very short, or they can't mind their knees in their face.
Fake news... Putting two car seats in the back of ours would result in zero people in the front seats.
We bought the Saabaru last summer as a hopefully-temporary solution to the Forester taking a dump (head gaskets) and even considered just buying it as a donor to put the motor into the Forester instead. The Saabaru turned out to be a little nicer than I had expected, and the slight differences between engines made me not want to even bother trying to do the swap and possibly end up with two non-running turds instead of one. Fast forward to today and I thought it was kinda fitting that we hauled the donor motor for the Forester home in the back of the Saabaru... Haha.
