Missing mine. :( Had to trade it temporarily with my mother's automatic POS Cobalt so that the girlfriend can get around after having her ACL repaired. At least I have the her '04 WRX wagon to use instead, with a banging stereo system!

Well this was on Friday/Saturday but whatever.

New wheels (to me) from a 2000 Outback and new tires.

Before, busted/rusted steely after nailing a pothole on 94:

I also touched up my rubber trim. This winter has been brutal enough.

New struts in the wife's Outback courtesy of Morrie's Minnetonka. It should be good for another 140,000 miles.

Cleared out the headlights, and painted all the amber bulbs so they don't reflect amber in the housing but light up amber...

I have smoked out the entire tail lights on other cars, and have recieved citations for it. This way, the tail lights and brake lights are still red. Not black. I am hoping I will not be harrased by the POPO this time. And this looks a little different than fully smoked. Or fully red.

I added some other things to the car this weekend to create a more Aggro style and look. I think it turned out well. But my crappy pictures don't do it justice. Added summer wheels, smoked the corner lights up front, smoked the tails (as shown above), and debadged the trunk. See you on the steet!

Yeah, it's a little dirty. But's it's a Subaru. The last thing on my list for the summer is a some tint. That will complete my exterior upgrades.

Looks good bro. I actually really like the half tinted tails. Gives it more of a unique appearance. Less hassle from the 5-0 is definitely a plus too!

Yesterday was WRX day - summers on, oil change and checked all turbo downpipe and uppipe nuts for tightness. Still have loud ass exhaust noise from engine compartment.
Today is Forester day - tire rotation, rear diff fluid change, and installed STI rear sway, STI sway bar mounts, and Whiteline KBR-16 rearlink bracket support.

Swapped the summers onto the Forester. Also installed an STi rear sway bar too. Now the Forester leans a little less. Swapped the Rotas onto the WRX and got the yellow rims ready for sale...

For sure. I was surprised at how wimpy the Forester hardware was compared the STI's. In every aspect except endlinks which are the same.

Outback is at the dealership for a tranny whine while coasting. Warranty repair.

Car is also not boosting past 10lbs. Maybe they'll replace the turbo or waste gate? hehehehhe

Drove her for the first time in 4.5 months [Saturday]. The people driving along side of me may or may not have seen me giggling all giddy like a school girl because dayum it feels awesome to get back into a performance car. Even tooling around in vac to burn off the old last seasons fuel, the feel of a six-speed, tight & responsive handling, and that sweet sweet unmistakable sound of roobles makes me smile.

My thanks and appreciation goes out to Ron @ RSMotors for taking good care of her all winter, charging the battery for a couple days last week, ensuring no startup issues and just making my first experience storing car awesome. You guys rock.
