I'll try to get some up this weekend, I want to get them cleaned up first. They're a little dirty from sitting in the garage.

I liked the character it had when it had its lazy, drifting eye.

Well I started out the "winter" process on Thursday. Now I have my snowboard rack, weather tech mats and winter shoes on....

Orange Flake w/ Grey and White faded lines.

Then as I was about to leave today to pick up some new gym shoes I had a fight with the garage door.... As I was backing out I realized that the garage door opened all the way up and started to come back down. We have a very old, unsafe, will crush you trying to close garage door. I didn't have time to put it back into first. I dropped the clutch and put the peddle to the floor...... then I hear a giant BOOM as I leave the garage... my heart sank... i didn't make it out in time :censored:

I get out of my car to see the garage door bent to sh1t... as I am about to yell and swear I notice a family walking up to my door step to say "trick or treat"

The wife runs out of the house, "what the hell was that?" me, "my car...... um..... grab the candy for the kids...." as the Dad of the family looks at me with that I CAN'T BELIEVE I JUST SAW THAT eyes. My neighbors are looking at me dumbfounded.... and I just have to shake my head and bite my lip as the family takes their candy and slowly moves on to the next house.

Some how my car was fine?!?! I have some scratches on my snowboard rack... but the inserts are holding tight. The plastic isn't cracked on either end. The bars look 100% fine. Yet the metal piece on the bottom of my garage door is bent, the aluminum garage door is bent (but that is easy to do), and the door is off track. I have no idea what type of magical Halloween spirit is looking out for me today... but thanks!

Oil change, steelies with snow tires, mudflaps, raised the coilovers all the way up, and put on some DIY coilover covers.

Waxed both sets of winter rims and swapped out the GF's summers for winters. Now I just need to swap mine out and and wash/wax the summers before I throw them up in the overhead racks for the winter.

I washed, waxed, vacuumed and wiped down the interior to get ready for the winter. almost 7k miles and only 1 tiny, tiny rock chip that I took care of this afternoon. My clear bra strategy is holding up well so far.

    Went from summer mode...
    WRXsummer.jpg

    To Winter mode... WRXwinter.jpg

Next year I may have to spring for some true winter tires (and not just AS)... and I am thinking these stock rims will probably need some color... Summer project #1 2012 already on the list!

Have a link or details on those coilover covers? I have BC BR coilovers and probably should to the same thing this winter.

Yesterday, installed the Russell stainless lines and bolted the painted calipers back up to the lines. Started fitting up the new bodywork. Reinstalled the exhaust. Finished cleaning up the roof. Whew.

Today I installed the HIDs, pulled the knuckles off for new bearings and hubs this week, played with bodywork a bit more...dunno what else Ill get to.

Hope the car is all finished up soon!

Washed and waxed the LGT, finished winterizing the turbo, cleaned the garage, and made space for a new project.

Apparently I did a few fluid swaps this Fall... I'm going to attribute half of these to Blu:

Swapping out to winter wheels and tires today. Love hearing from the primary Audi, Rover, BMW, and M-B repair shop in Golden Valley that everyone working there is jealous of your Subaru :)

also test fitted the 225's on the legacy. im going to need some 2mm spacers at least in the rear.

has anyone heard of people having issues with running spacers in only the rear, or should i do all 4 corners? it seems like only spacing out the rear could create some sort of issues, but i havent really heard anything about it. anyone got some good info or advice for me?
