Here is the new turbo compared to the old.
Injectors and fuel pump just off to the left of the new turbo.
DSC07249.JPG The new bellmouth dp mostly heat wrapped.
Anyone think I need to wrap the whole thing or will this be enough?

Should be enough IMO. I had trouble getting the flange nuts on the bottom of my DP with it wrapped all the way up like that - wound up trimming it back a bit.

That's plenty. You just want to wrap it to where it meets the firewall. Any more than that and it gets chewed up by road debris. Also, like turkeylord said, make sure you leave room for deez nutz.

Got my new Manual boost controller with Nuke last night and a Tune. It's nice having a car I know I can actually drive like it should finally.

I got a new piece of trim made by BroCo for my CD Player to make my dash look nice again. I am stoked. Can't wait until spring to paint it all up.

Also delivered some new goodies to Nuke, he did a sick job on those!

    Thanks Bro.

wasn't today but finally replaced the battery. I was tired of car clicking at me when attempting to start it, then having to wait a few seconds before actually starting it. I'm pretty sure i got everything out of that battery as the last few times I really wondered if it would start. :D I figured i should replace it just in case winter decides to show up.

Took a grinder to the quarterpanels, a bigger grinder to the passenger doors, and whupped the crap out of a couple dents. LOL Buying a used car = good. Buying one with rust = not so good. Must fix. :)

I swapped the front O2 sensor as it was literally dead. Had some bodywork done after an accident and I'm guessing that while the passenger side fender was off something got sprayed onto the sensor. Car is happy again.

pulled rear brake off to check what was making a periodic grinding and found my inner rear brake pad was almost completely gone. Knew they were getting low but hoped that they would make it till spring. o well josh hooked me up with a good deal on a set of hp+ and will be ordering them 2 maro. $195 shipped for front and rear hp+ not bad if i do say so myself.

Threw a damn P0244 today lol. Time to retune since apparently the new catback isn't good on this tune in cold weather.

(Just noted I was told my new catback would make little difference than the stealthback with 3" dp before. But clearly it does haha)

Replaced all 4 pads with Hawk HPS and new Centric Premium front rotors. Thanks to scotty for the help/guidance!

I had the old front rotors re-surfaced and will likely be putting them up soon for sale if anyone is interested in OEM '08 Legacy front rotors.
