I thought I would let you talk about your headlight tuning! Your lights were so bright backing out of my driveway!

Thanks for the tuning session. Butt dyno did feel a huge increase in TQ & HP.
Felt like 80whp/120wtq before tune, more like 82whp/121wtq now!

If you really want a good kit that is "made for halogen projectors", I'd check out the kit from The Retrofit Source. It's $150, but it is pretty great quality. Can't remember the actual name of the components, but it should be easy to find.

I briefly ran them in my WRX before going back to halogens (long story).

Do they warranty the headlights? With DDM, if they wear out/break/etc they replace them. FOR LIFE!

IMHO - I think people blow up the quality of WRX projectors too much. Mine work fine, the cutoff looks great. I think there is a lot of hype behind it. However, that is just my opinion. Why drop hundreds of dollars on something that most people can't even tell the difference with.... and if they can it is so minor.... but whatever.

Yeah TRS warranties and stands behind all their stuff. The light output seemed pretty good with a 5000K bulb - very similar to stock HID color, although I didn't have much to compare to.

I'd be curious to see them side by side with factory HIDs - for both color and cutoff.

**Anyways, nice work on the headlight cleaning!!

Clay bar. Using one removes impurities from your paint and leaves the finish SUPER smooth! Look at AutoZone for the Mothers Clay Bar system....follow instructions...follow up with a coat or two of wax...enjoy!
