Wash, wax, cleaned and shined up the tires and the body also cleaned my undercarriage and all parts I could reach. Dirty and nasty job that took 10 hours. Not 100% like before but I'll take it, its 8 years old now.

I have a clean car again!

I wish I could say I've done something more exciting but I haven't really been driving it much lately. It did officially become old enough to get new plates. It's hard to believe it's been 7 years already.

Posted this in the Rochester thread, but I waxed it then put on Koni inserts and Epic springs, dropped it about an inch in the back and a little over an inch in the front.

Broke three bolts trying to disassemble my rear sway bar mounts and lateral links...this better be worth it lol. Any suggestions for the rest of my journey into a suspension refresh/ improvement?

I have soaked every possible nut and bolt I will remove w/ pb blaster for the past 2 days.

Time to start compiling a parts # list for every bolt in my rear suspension :(

my son helped me change the oil & filter on my 2010 STI today. freshly loaded with Shell Rotella T-6 synthetic 5W40 and a Prova oil filter. The car runs really good, but i still plan on having Nuke do a stage 1 tune on it to clean things up and put it where Subaru should have had it in the first place. Thanks for the help sonny boy. Daddy loves ya.

This morning, while driving on 94 (west bound at ~Snelling) a group of sparrows flew right in front of me and one of them did not make it... Went straight into the hood scoop... Luckily no damage. Poor little fella. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1339960209.765818.jpg
So today, I cleaned off my IC...

Your Subaru was hungry and wanted to eat, so it caught the bird and is gonna eat it. Don't take Subaru's food away. U want me to take your food away the next time you catch something?

Gots to feed your car some food and not just fuel and oil

I picked it up from having Sheen and his magic hands working all over the exterior. It looks better than the day I picked it up off the truck at Minnetonka. Thanks again Sheen!

Installed my license plates (with the Grimmspeed front kit) and threw on my new Nameless Axleback. LOVE IT!!! The sound is perfect!!! (FWIW, I went with the 5" mufflers and the single wall 3.5" tips.)

I installed RS seats (99' maybe) in my 84' GL wagon (thank you fancyfootwork). I also hand-painted the Subaru logo on the door trim. ;) RSSEATS.jpg

Sorry... I can't figure out why it will only post it sideways.

Killed some rubber and brake pads at BIR today! Dialed in the coilovers and with Musashi's instruction we made some good improvements from last time. Thanks Chong, you're a great teacher! Car ran great too, E88 at SA in Brainerd. 28psi 4th gear pulls all day and then drove it 2 hours home to prior lake. NF Performance FTW! Thanks for the solid car guys (transmission was flawless). Write up and videos to follow.

Thanks for the compliment, Brian! Glad you're happy with how it turned out.

tbh, trying to make a brand new, already shiney white car look better was damn tough lol Had to get "creative" with it... :fapfapfap:

I was wondering why my hand stuck to the door handle. I figured someone had placed some heavy duty epoxy on there by accident.

It also explains why my wife is pregnant after looking at the car. Mystery solved.

No, weird is having to explain to my wife why I had to have my door handle surgically removed and why there's a rainbow colored light shining from her nether regions.

    ;)

Thanks again for the detail. Let me know when you guys want to head to the range next.

Threw the roof rack back on yesterday to do a little biking in the big NB, and today, thanks to Nuke and Ofspunk7, corrected a fatal error in my NF decal placement... and "upgraded" to the bright red decal from the black. Thanks again fellas!

I just took my Forester into MP3 Interface in St. Paul to have a Prestige remote starter wired & programmed. This is just one of the mods I can do that makes up for the lack of a clutch pedal.
