it's not the nozzles, the solenoid pump for the front jets isn't working but the back ones are. I'll unplug it to check if the contacts are ok before ordering another one

I know you said its not the nozzles. But just for future reference. A torch tip cleaner works awesome to clean them if there clogged. U get several different sizes to push in there.

Changed the oil. Gave it a good bath, inside and out. Including some leather treatment. And replaced some worn out plastic pieces with some sexy silicone.

Put the engine back in it, put plates and insurance on it, washed it and took it for a drive....

Got this car a couple weeks ago. Crank bolt had backed out (again):

Looks like the crank sprocket was cut off the last time around:

    And the bad side....

    Jerk deer

Going to drive it for awhile to make sure the kinks are worked out, and once the fender and mirror are fixed, it will be for sale

Just turned over 4k miles, and I hit a snow bank :) may possibly need a new front bumper. Or just deal with the slight spider webs in the paint and tiny crack by the passenger side vent that popped out. Lol **** it, it's just a car I guess

Car was stuttering and throwing a ton of codes recently - misfire, idle, MAF overload, Cleaned the MAF sensor, replaced the fuel filter, and did an oil change (Its the first time its seeing synthetic! T6 baby!) Took it out on the back road and the symptoms didnt come up like it usually does. Hopefully that solved my problems!

I also found some corrosion on my MAF sensor  so I ordered a used one off NASIOC. Even if my problems are solved, maybe ill get better MPG

Washed it, changed the oil to Rotella T6 for the first time, flushed brake fluid, installed grimmspeed heat shield and next week, install the master cylinder brace and finish up the E85 tune:).

I'm done with modding/upgrading, only thing left is SS lines but I'll wait until I see a deal on some locally

Cleaned the IACV and replaced the gasket in hopes of it solving my jumping idleing problem... NOPE! :(

Super annoying as it is causing my RPMs to dip and surge when accelerating out of 1st and 2nd!

EDIT: FIXED IT! muahaha feels good! Turns out it was the cruise control cable being too tight. I must have re-positioned it when I was cleaning my MAF!

EDIT: Nope... It came back in the morning. WTF

Had a P1443 evap code show up the other day. Cleared it yesterday... Showed up again. Figured it was the one of the vent/drain tubes froze up from some of the recent snow packed up underneath between the lines. Thankfully was able to get the car thawed out and it went away.

On the bright side look at what showed up at my door today, wooohoo! ....haven't technically installed them yet, I'll give an update once I do. :)

changed spark plugs, fuel filter, oil change, pcv. car started to drive sluggish, thumping and hesitating on 5th gear on incline and accelerator, was about to tear the whole car apart, but a $8 MAF cleaning solved the problem. stage 2 back in business!

On Saturday, I changed the spark plugs. The FXT had been feeling a little hesitant at low RPMs, and gear shifts. The old plugs didn't look bad, but the car feels better with the new ones... Of course it could just be from disconnecting the battery and forcing the ECU to relearn. I'm glad they are a long-interval service item.

On Sunday I went to Sears and bought a couple socket extensions that would have made life a lot easier on Saturday.
