More like "what a rock did to my Subaru at 65mph"...first time I've ever had to get a windshield replaced.

Ordered swift sport springs for my 2012 forester to match my sway setup. I was quoted pretty high for an install and alignment. What have people seen for spring install costs? No I am not doing it myself so don't go there, thanks!

Usually $80-$120 per corner and then $80-$100 for alignment is what I have been quoted. Have you checked with Jeff the alignment guy?

I have not, I was hoping to figure something like that out. I just realized I bought the springs from MAP on eBay, I wonder what their install would cost.

Don't quote me, but I think when I talked to Jeff for my car it was going to be either $480-$560. I can quite remember.

I was trying to wait it out a couple more weeks before I put my summer wheels back on, but due to unforeseeable circumstances (aka: flat tire on the winter set on Wednesday), it was time to switch them out.

Got the windows tinted yesterday, today she is going to get a bath and a good cleaning in and out. I know guys recommend Flawless front end but it's too far of a drive for me, so anybody east of St. Paul, I recommend Sun Control for tint. Their Roseville shop will only do 50% but if you hop over to their Hudson Shop they will do 35%. I will post pics later once it sparkles, but they did a great job, it worked out that just up the road was the movie theater so me and the little man went and watched The Croods while they tinted the windows.

Put the summer shoes on - during which I found that one had a flat (brad nail between tread blocks) and that the boot had slipped off the outer CV on the axle that was brand new last July. :frantic:

Also put my new Proto AP holder on my existing ProClip mount. No more Velcro!

Pulled her out of winter storage today and changed the oil. I decided to jump on the Rotella T6 wagon. Drove it around the block once and parked it. Tomorrow I'm going to giver her a bath and a coat of wax.
