Did you pull the crappy rubber coupler/sleeve thing off? That is a must or it will just pop back off again.

    *my sisters bugeye*

Installed a Fumoto oil drain plug. Her drain plug was cross threaded prior to her acquiring the car. I noticed on the last oil change it sucked to get the plug in and out. Also she had a very minor leak. So new plug and RTV black to fix that issue.

Dropped in some new T6 and a purealator pure one filter. Cleaned her MAF sensor. Installed a new rubber gasket for her hood support rod and called it a day.

Got word today that it looks like they were having timing system issues.

Looks like my 12.765 is not a real time. :censored:

My best run in the other lane was a [email protected], still better than my best last year.

Sheen has had my rig for the last couple days for some intensive paint/ exterior work. I'd say by the looks of things the previous owner buffed it with 80 grit sandpaper. I pick 'er up tonight and can't wait to see the results. I'll post some pics later and will be at the meet tonight.

Did another ATF drain and fill and a new filter for the '03 Outback.

I also spent some quality time with the grinder, and got the calipers to fit under 15s (same size rotors as '02-'07 WRX....LARGER caliper bore than '02-'05)....

Well my fingers and back hurt this morning... pulled the manifold last night to replace the inlet. It's my dumba$$ fault for not replacing it when i built my engine earlier this year. Thanks to Xluben and Gordy for swinging over to lend a hand last night, and hanging out till midnight. This is a perfect example of why you ALWAYS replace the inlet when your manifold is off.
