De-stickered the WRX, evicted a rodent, hung a replacement door, changed the spark plugs, found a broken boost line coupler, destroyed a crank position sensor and a an AC belt tensioner

Hopefully this helps the sale (minus the crank position sensor lol). Time for a full detail? lol

I took that white one out for a little joy ride last night up 95 to Stillwater, Scandia, and back. So nice to be driving it again!

Over the weekend I got a tint and tail overlays from Chris! Amazing quality of work, great guy. Looks like a different car now (in a good way).

Copy cat! Ever since I did over lays without cutouts, now everyone is! Haha JK. When Chris was installing mine I liked the look before the cutout and had him leave it. Just be careful when backing up and there are others around ;)

I installed the RCE Steering rack bushings last night. They feel great!...but even though I swear I got the steering shaft splines aligned just as I took them off, my wheel was still a couple degrees to the left :( Double checking my marks tonight before my alignment on Thursday.

LOL, copying is the highest form of a compliment. He did mention you and Vinnie as having done that. He also said he is getting an incredible number of requests for tail covers on GR hatches in general. Not surprised since Subaru never got the memo that clear tail lights haven't been cool since the '95 Civic.

I just bought the Whiteline steering rack bushings, wish I had them when we did my sways, that would have been efficient since the tray and brace were already off.

    Haha exactly!

And the tray is easy, jacking plate is easy, brackets are easy...the whole install is pretty easy. Just be careful when you're lining up the splines (mark them well) and schedule an alignment. I'd be glad to help you install now that I actually have a concrete garage floor and my some of my tools up here lol.

Yes - I am not a huge fan of cool white, but the interior lights were far too dim. I've still got to do my passenger door light, I think the harness is not connected.

Replaced all 4 struts with fresh GR2s.

The old ones were completely shot. Feels like a new car. I like utah.

    Legit GR2 or Excel-G's?

I had the Alignment Guy install my front control arm inner front bushings, new ball joint, (not install the front control arm inner rear bushings because I received the wrong ones), extended front wheel studs (because I don't have time), and throw on the 10mm spacers....more strut/tire clearance and all ready for moar negative front camber!

Bought a new Forester! Put on full Stromung Exhaust. Wired up my sound system, and replaced the viscous coupler with a nice welded one that wont come apart :) This is all in like 3 days so, not just one day lol

Did valve cover seals, replaced plugs, wires, and put on a neon ignition coil onto my newly purchased 93 turbo legacy. Also put on a new filter and cleaned the maf sensor. Car idles and runs much smoother now but still has a slight hesitation around 3k

12 hours of installs (Ma Deuce and I): -Perrin FMIC, Perrin coolant reservoir relocation kit, Invidia catless 2 bung DP, Invidia Q300 CBE, GrimmSpeed cross pipe. Car sounds great. I re-flashed a custom Perrin AP map (roughly stage 3) until I can get a real tune. securedownload (1).jpg

Went drag racing on Saturday. Had some car/driver problems on a few runs but managed a 13.14. My best is a 13.098 so I didn't set a new PR.

I did win the "Half minute to win it" race though with a time of 30.05 seconds. :D $100 payout.

Installed a GFB hybrid BOV/BPV when I got home, sounds awesomely obnoxious in VTA mode and as quiet as stock in recirc mode. Love it.

    1) Fixed my passenger door puddle light (harness was disconnected) and installed one of those damn bright LEDs
    2) Did a bad job of relocating my radar detector's concealed face in the cubby
    3) Put Aqua-pel on my windshield (it's like rain-x that lasts six months)
    4) Detailed my engine (needs a bit more work, didn't have everything I needed to get it perfect)
    5) Repainted my grille
    6) Disconnected my seat belt chime
    7) Panicked when I thought I shorted something that turned on my driving lights, until I searched a forum and was reminded that I only skimmed my manual.

Why is that car in trouble? What could it possibly have done to get tied down like that?

Arrgghhh got my annual reminder why it is stupid to speed on public roads. Thank god Goodhue County offers a driving class to take it off your record...and that the sheriff didn't find me about 10 mins before....and that he let me go with a verbal warning on my 18% tint.

Picked up my Apex flip key, got it cut, and works like a charm! Also installed my other winning from the grimmspeed meet yesterday - my new GS Radiator shroud/tool holder. Many HP added today! If I get really ambitious, I may even add the OMGAWD sticker today... Can't let it get too out of control though...

Last weekend I replaced the clutch on my 03 WRX, had about 180k and it made some interesting noises. I expected more wear on the rivets, makes me wonder how much longer it would go? I went with an Exedy OEM replacement clutch and Exedy flywheel. even with my brother's lift and show it wasn't a ton of fun, I was surprised how hard it was to separate the engine and transmission.
