Nice. Yeah, I didn't want to lose trunk space, and just wanted a little oomph down low. Sounds good so far.

 

last night I put the car up on ramps, crawled underneath and scrubbed the transmission and other stuff. Man, there was a ton of dirt caked all over the place from the last few rally crosses. I discovered I have to re-wrap my exhaust too, the dirt and rocks have really ripped it apart.

 

washed, clay-barred it, waxed it then armor-all'd it..... skipped the roof for obvious reasons...

Since my car came with the sports grille, which I do not like, I'm going to put on the regular 09 grill. Before I do that, I did this.

I swapped out the suspension on mine.

 

Installed front and rear strut tower bars. I don't know, but I'd swear it feels better. Not much, though.

 

I put the 17's W/ blizzaks on the forester

Thanks 3ric. I found myself traveling at excessive rates of speed around corners and clover leaves this morning on the way to work. Out handles the stockers by a mile and they eat up the bumps like nothing. They are amazing already and I have a lot of fine tuning to do.

I think Bill was looking for something that is less maintinence intensive and the WRX set up is ideal for that. All he needs is the saggy butt spacers and he is good to go. He also picked up my Sti springs so if he wants to tighten things up even more he has that option.

 

The lugnuts were tight. I am not chet.

thanks, at first looking at the pics they seller of the car posted I was not a huge fan of the blue seats with the red car, but they have definitely grown on me.
