went to Fleet and bought some HUGE rubber mudflaps.. just need to cut and mount them... next is to make a skid-plate for the ice races

I detailed my suby tonight too. Spent like 3 hours on it, nothing crazy. I went to the pay wash, sprayed, scrubbed, and rinsed. Towel dry and waxed with nano wax. I really dont like it, application is easy but removal is aweful. It does last forever though. Mothers vinyl and upholstery protected the interior, and got my wheels really nice and shiny.

As I was rolling home, a super stallion left a pad and crossed the road. Now my car has a nice haze of sand over the new wax. ugh.

Well we swaped in a stock tranny minus the front axels. Stock injectors, and got the car 2 or 3 hrs away from pulling the new baby in the garage

I got's mine a cat-back exhaust that Subie Dave didn't want.

 

I started my rear disc conversion...

I hate lateral link bolts. But, I got one out and the bushing replaced. I had to do it on the car since the last place that did an alignment on my car stripped out the nut on the other end of the lateral link so I had no way to get it off.

Other side tomorrow, then I can start putting things back together.

Oh, I gotta replace the ebrake cables too, that should be fun. Anyone bored tomorrow?

me and olegrad put in my PPG tranny on the buggy and took it out for a spin...ahh..the whine+blitz exhaust=FTMFW.....lol...i'm in love with my car all over again...
