    Nice!
I did a similar thing in my 97 Taurus years ago. Had that stupid football shaped stereo w/ electronic climate control, so they didn't make a faceplate adaptor for it. With that one you basically cut the audio wires from the tape deck and do the same thing you did. I used RCA hookups instead of the little mini single plug. Thought I was the s**t rocking my iPod through the stock stereo! Haha.

Last Sunday I replaced my stock bulbs with OLM MOAB Lite's and upgraded to LED C-lights in my '16 (at work, will add a pic when I get home). They were plug and play, and for the price they were definitely worth it. I hated the output of the stockers, and these were a great improvement as well as having the HID look.

Also wanted to give a shout out to Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru for price matching Heuberger on an STI transmission mount for me. After being shown by DB just how soft the stock transmission mount was I started researching for replacements. I wasn't going to pay ~$300 for the Perrin mount, so I originally decided on the Group N mount from SubiSpeed. I looked around a bit more and found out one of the STI transmission mounts bolts to the stock location and is almost identical to the Group N, but for another $20 less. I'm looking forward to get this installed along with some Energy Suspension crossmember bushings.

It's been bugging me that my headlights were foggy on the inside so I took them apart to clean them. There was some nasty film on the inside of the lens that I had to use some rubbing compound to get them cleaned up. While I was in there, I decided to black them out. I'm not sure I'm in love with the result, but they didn't turn out too bad. They are clear again at least!

Edit: The look almost foggy on the inside corners in these pictures but they really aren't!
Re-edit: They are fogging! Working on a resolution...

I also installed my Invidia turbo-back. The quality was excellent and the exhaust note is very nice and not too loud. I love the way it looks compared to the mellon launcher I used to have, except for the tip isn't quite centered in the bumper cutout...might have to play with fitment a little bit to quell my OCD

Cleaned and organized the travel tool box I keep with me, and totally forgot I still had the LEDs for the license plate lights, so threw those in. Also, while the wife is out of town, took her car and got her oil changed, and a good car wash.

Slightly off topic, but when we bought her '12 Rogue, it only came with one key, and I had ordered a blank online, and got it cut, but now need to get the chip swiped. Inver Grove Nissan quoted me $60. Is that pretty reasonable? I did chat briefly with Mike C. about this too, but Kline is a little bit out of the way..

Sanded/painted/installed a Mach V S204 replica lip. Bought it from fastwrx.com. The finish was a bit rough when I got it so had to sand and paint it, which was somewhat expected. Fitment was surprisingly good, although none of the holes lined up with the holes in the bumper cover. I had to drill new all new holes. The hardware they send with it, you might as well throw in the garbage. I used 1/4" bolts with nylock nuts. Much more secure than using self tapping screws.

Couldn't help myself. Saw someone use the Porsche turbo logo on their FXT on another forum and had to. I don't think it will stay on forever but it was only $13.

Not to sound like, a douche, but get better coilovers, and lower spring rate. The RCE T2's that I had on my 08 STI rode great (almost smoother than stock), and even had high spring rates. Quality coilovers are worth every penny.
:smoke: Lifted and lowered...to slightly lowered? Were you going for a higher ride height, but not stock ride height?

Spent some time cussing at the XT6 yesterday. Goal is to replace all the exposed brake lines/hoses in the rear of the car with NiCopp lines and braided stainless hoses. I got one piece spliced in under the rear seat, going to the proportioning valve (mounted under the car near the rear suspension on these), and started replacing the lines from there to the LR caliper, and one of the hoses is seized in the bracket....I got the line cut to length and flared, connected to the hose and run to the caliper, but not run correctly.....

    Hit quadruple digits!

And I floored it today for the first time. It was fun :D and oddly, I immediately started getting better gas mileage after. Before, I couldn't get above 22.9mpg (granted I was always varying revs, but not that much) and after, I almost cracked 25 mpg, without resetting the gauge. Odd! Maybe I finally opened up the injectors or fully seated the rings when I floored it? lol, who knows.
