Took the Outback on a run again(the workhorse). Grabbed the push mower from my brother in law since ours took a dump. It's nice to be able to put the mower in the back and still be able to shut the hatch.

Made it up to Harris today and saw my baby. Tried to start her, but was unsuccessful. Still good to see her tho!

I'd skip the white flaps but the gold wheels don't look bad

Remember to pull all the grommets off the Valve Cover before you put the gasket and gasket sealer on.
Remember to pull all the seals off including the ones for the spark plugs, made the mistake on one side and had to start over.
I would recommend watching some videos on it multiple times before hand, and it would be smart to have some experience with taking things out of the engine bay.

I spent the day detailing my car. The interior got the JDM extended armrest with leather padded lid and the leather shifter boot from JPM. I am very happy with both items. Then I spent way too many hours washing, claying, glazing, and waxing with Chemical Guys products. If you haven't tried them please do - they provide incredible results without the terrible smells lots of other cleaners and waxes have. Ready for summer!

LOL, same reason I changed mine out on my Foz. Front end looked too much like my fiancee's Fusion. Next on my list is the front underspoiler and exhaust. I liked the angry red overlay on the emblem!
As for mine, the new Yokohamas are handling a LOT better than the previous ones (Fuzion tires).

Curious to see how long they "last". I just scored a set secondhand (but new in box) for cheap and then read a bunch of bad reviews online about the paint coming off easy. Granted once they're on they're pretty much untouched for several months (generally). Just waiting to do a few more things before I match my "scheme" as well.

    Red looks sweet on there.

It's honestly the subtle "mods" that really give a car its character.

Installed a kicker hideaway sub last night. Sounds much better, and surprised at how much this sub can put out! I got the sound I want without sacrificing any useable space!!

Yeah fits perfectly! OEM subwoofer location for SH foresters (if equipped) is under the drivers seat. Installed this under the passenger seat. With the bass controller at max you can feel a little bass in your a** :p this won't rattle your brains out, which I didn't want anyway. Just wanted a nice sounding system.

Got my (dirty) daily driver Forester tinted. It is 20% film all around. The rears end up around 5% factoring in the OEM privacy glass.

Looks perfect - I've got to get my front windows tinted. Think I will leave the rear factory tint alone and go 35 or 20 on the fronts.

Washed, clay barred, waxed the exterior, then went nuts on the interior. Love the way it turned out, the color's starting to grow on me. Now I just need some damn lowering springs and front lip...and new rims... IMG_1420.JPG IMG_1421.JPG

@Cartman08 - I'm planning on just doing some minor suspension swap, want to do some Pedder's springs, drop a little bit farther than the Swifts do. I *could* do a full suspension setup, when i bought the car, it came with a full set of '09 WRX shocks and springs. Drops a little bit too far for my taste, in the neighborhood of 2.5-3 inches. Springs would work, since we don't have the SLS in the rear that across the pond Fozzes have. First things first, I have to do the 60k checkup (to keep my warranty).

Cleaned up my Forester and took a few more shots. Also have a full set of new tires since the last photo. Got a nail in one and had low tread all around so they all got replaced. Got Pirelli P7 all seasons.

I was going back and forth on springs only/takeoffs. Spent several hours comparing pictures and reading through posts. A set of 2012 Wrx takeoffs came up for sale in the FS thread here so I snatched them up. Couldn't be happier. Yes at first I thought "oh this is way to low" but I just love the way it handles now. I am still searching for a used set of pedders to throw on the stock struts for when old man winter comes around.
