On saturday/sunday i carefully gave my car a head transplant and on the test drive a curb jumped in my way and i bent a rim pretty good. Today i overhauled my starter and saved myself a bunch of money. It is so quick and quiet now, and actually fully engages with the flywheel.

made my hazards work. 12v source certainly helps lol

the car is almost done for those keeping track. all that's left is finish the interior brakelines, change fluids (oil, trans, diff, brake, coolant), install electrical kill switch, install map lights, install wipers, install dashboard

Changed oil filter and filled with royal purple. See if it's as good as they say.

Pulled my headunit out and added an iPod video cable.

I see zero change in my oil level in 3k miles with Royal Purple. With M1 it was just slightly low at 2.5k. True, my car is newer, but still. Any burnoff is still burnoff.
