Got my Susie B inspected at the local Subaru dealership, picked up a new air filter, and ordered a set of Kumho ASX's for her from TireRack.

Me love her long time

Sorta sanded my headlights. Started off at 1200, prolly should have done 1000 or 800 to start off at. They are still pitted beyond belief :( How ever they are no longer hazy and lookin much better with some PlastX repair.

I had good luck with a buffing wheel and polishing glaze when I did mine. I was surprised how good they turned out.

Microcenter FTW! Used mine as a grocery getter (literally) and drove it in and out of the garage to get to the bike, since it was yet another beautiful day to ride. At least the miles are being kept down on the car this way.

Gave it a conservative tune and enjoyed the drive home from work. So far im easily doubling the power and on the last 2 tanks of gas i averaged a 6mpg increase.

I washed mine yesterday and finished waxing it today, all in all about an 8-10 hour process. Shiny, but no pics, sun was going down by the time I finished up. I'm addressing the very neglected wheels tomorrow, polished lip not so polished. It's been years since I've done anything more then just hose them down.

Here are a couple pics, some of these LED's burned out cause I just had a resistor in series with them and they didn't like it much when I started the car. I replaced all of them now and put in a current regulator that protects them for over and reversed voltage.

To keep with the thread, i added some wires in the truck to reach my junction box I put in that has connectors for the external amp and sub. I just need to connect the wires to the connectors now.

Also installed a k&n drop in air filter.

    2nded!!!

Drove mine up north and was forced to take a very curvy and fun detour to Highway 1 to get to Pillager.

Also, added a little bit of Lucas oil to the oil tank, and she ran a little sluggish? Is this normal?

Drove it back to Minnesota... half way thru Nebraska almost ran out of gas, needle wouldnt go any further south. Had to use some 89 fuel due to for some reason at the only exit for 15-30 miles only had 87 and 89 octane. I went to the exit past (5 miles down) with no gas station so back tracked and barely made it to the pump to put in a few gallons to make it to council bluffs. Didn't knock at all since I never went above 1psi for boost. I'll make sure to fill up in Grand Island if I'm ever on fuel light again...

actually no. A bit of very light feathering. but not bad at all.
I don't drive my car a whole lot. Reason for the alignment is because of the cruise this weekend.
