Went to BP on Mississippi and East River Rd. in Fridley, hoping for 93 octane, and got 92 :( . Bought some octane booster to compensate. We need to get a thread started to find the 93 stations...

Golden Valley BP (55 and Boone) is 93.

As of right now, it looks like I sold another Subaru :)

Park the Subie for three days in the garage and I haven't drove it. Just busy using the Odyessy for the holiday weekend. I miss driving it.

I like that alot! I'd consider doing it as well, but I dont know how well it'd work with my car being white.[/QUOTE]

It only took about 10 minutes, so if you want to give it a whirl, bring your car by. We can add the stripe, and if you don't like it, it takes about 1/2 a second to remove.

I changed spark plugs, engine oil, tranny oil and rear diff oil. Due to the 1-off nature of my IC plumbing I had to remove a couple pieces of it to get the plugs changed. During reassembly I knocked the vac line off the MAP sensor, and it took me a few minutes to find the (quite audible) leak.

Does anyone else see their MAP sensor reading a few psi higher than a quality boost gauge? According to my Defi electronic gauge I'm currently at 17psi, but the MAP sensor is reading 21 - 22 psi.

You already have done a better job at not destroying your center diff then 90% of subaru drivers.

IT DID!!!! My buddy got in my car first and i took him out for a spin. We got back to his house and he said... "I didn't think your car was going to be that fast...." He was sure that his vett could beat me in a race but changed his mind after a ride. I can't wait until my 30,000 miles is up and I can start adding more power!
