Got my short block assembled last night.... sti block, crank, and rods... Cp pistons and cosworth bearings.

Long block will be getting assembled tonight!

 

drove my car to chicago to trade it...... 18hrs of driving solo=not cool!!!

started it up this morning and let it heat up...drove it to the store, parked it @ home, then walked to the bus stop lol. Been @ 75,xxx miles for almost a year now.

 

just installed some hankook winter I pikes and now ready for snow.... oh and ordered my christmas present from my girlfriend.... carbon fiber sti wing...

 

I'm trying to get the motivation to go outside and put my winter wheels/tires on my car.

im another one that put their snows on. Blizzak lm25's, awesome tire!!!

 

i was looking at those, but went with the hankook W409's.
they are quite awesome as well!

 

Yet another set of snow tires goes on. Put on my 2.5RS 6 spokes with Hakka RSI's for their 3rd season. They still look great, the wear indicator "8" is gone, and it has just begun to wear the "6".

 

walked past mine on my way into my shop to go get a screwdriver.

 

Cleaned up the STI and it's officially on jack stands.

 

i'll be getting a ride to my exam in a subaru today, as my lug bolts are absolutely immovable on the saab.

today kartboy shortthrow with bushing kit
trans mount
making a wright up on the bushings and short throw with pics will post them when done

with the Kartboy shifter, and front and rear bushings. the knob sits an 1,1/16 inch lower than stock and the throw is 2.1/8th inch shorter than stock

 

and the verdict is?

 

idk yet ran out of wire for the welder will finish them tomarrow.
