I picked up a new exhaust set up this weekend (thanks Moleness) and it will be going on this weekend! Waiting for some hangers to come in the mail. Assuming they will get here before the weekend.

I had planned on doin this back before the wrx guys painted their wheels green and teal, but just never got around to it. When I saw how well martin's turned out I finally got the motivation to finish mine. So...thanks martin

Haha.. I dont think anyones wheels will be as orange as mine are. Looking good though, I am jealous of the unicorn. Someday I will have that front bumper.

I just check the tire pressure in the hakkas and got my new recovery strap ready (with 2 cleavaces). This time no flying hooks to kill people will.

Yea you're are crazy bright! idk how you can put up with those lol. I'm not really sure how I feel about mine, but I think they'll just take a little getting used to.

i found out that i nolong have 1/2/3 gear above 3000rpm. when the boost kicks in on my lame allseason good by tracktion hello fun

 

Had a set of General Altimax Arctics installed. Winter tire WIN. Thing goes like a stabbed rat in the snow now, and stopping distance is drastically reduced.

 

I found the first curb.... and saved the rest of the convoy. I did not save my drivers side tires... and now my wife gets to take them to get fixed tomorrow because i don't have PTO.

that curb came out of no where in a parking lot

 

I have come into contact with that curb before and now know its there. A good reason not to go super wide on corners.

 

its a big swooping corner next thing i know i saw ofspunk7 hit the curb sideways. me with crappy all seasons tires all ready going side ways, just point the tire at the curb and road up the curb for about 10 feet no damage to tires or rims FTW

yeah i didn't see it at all. it sounds like they got the rim bent back, the first store wouldn't touch them. They can't get them to balance right. so i guess the green is gone and I am looking at new rims today.

apparently steelies don't like being painted so they killed themselves. I've smacked a few curbs - last time bent a lateral arm pretty good

 

yeah i was thinking about that today, i really hope i didn't mess anything else up. well i just put in an order to get another set. they are shipping them 2-day to me. good thing they are only $55. Firestone wanted $134 per tire. Discount Tire wanted $421.00 for 4 new rims, that needed a spacer... no thanks! so i guess i am out of my car until Friday or Monday.

no it was still MINT. I had a fun time while my car was working.... and my co-driver at the time, who i will not say... but may own a porsche really did a good job of ripping it up as well in my car. the first person that has ever ripped it up in my car besides myself. so i give the night a rating of MINT!

i have tried to play in the snow but i am still on summer tires (**** me). i also spent 5 minutes trying to get over the giant ledge of snow the plow driver left as a nice winter present infront of my driveway. needless to say, i beat the **** out of that ledge. how dare you try and confine a subaru!

I had to get the rims next day air so i can put them on this weekend..... going to STL next weekend. i need them on the car by then and Saturday is the only day i can make it to discount tire to get the mounted. that was a nice $130 shipping charge

 

Yeah, it was pretty well hidden. Looked like the snow drifted up in that spot, but it was actually a curb. Thanks for taking the hit for us, Derek! At least you got in some licks before it happened.
