Not today but a few days back put the coils on the new STi and cleared the headlights. Ordered a autopower roll cage for it today and a v-limited front lip.

Subaru mirrors fold in, and water does accumulate there, fold them in and whip under and around them. i used compressed air when its available, the rear tail lights also seem to garner streaks from the bottom of them as well.

Started off replacing the front speakers then ended up gutting the interior lol

Decided to start prepping for the motor swap early I suppose:

Ended up being a good thing, since I found this little gem:

Looks like a fun DIY project. Luckily it has not spread to the trans tunnel or frame or up to the firewall yet. I'm thinking of replacing the passenger floor with a diamond plate panel that comes loose when my manifold is in danger mode. Otherwise, lexan floor might be fun too.

Gave her the first hand-wash of the year. She's been a dirty little girl, so I gave her a quickie.

Didn't even bother with the bumper and the front fenders, due to the damage. :( At least she helped my co-driver place 1st in class and overall on Saturday, and helped me get another 3rd place finish in class!

Did spark plugs on mine this weekend. Wasn't that hard, just needed a universal joint and a couple of nice sized extensions to get the rear drivers side plug cracked. Removing that air pump sure looks like a lot of stuff but was definitely easier than I thought.

    Holy $13.99 for laser iridiums!

    Congrats to both of you.

Ordered two new headlight back peice (that circular thing that covers the back of the bulb and the wires). Emailed DDM, they got my headlights and are shipping new ones to me tomorrow. Should have my HIDs back in by mid next week.

Called Holiday and asked them to cancel my wash pass because it is hand washing season!

Going to pick up some Wax for my swimsuit.... I mean for my wax job on my car Saturday!

one of those little headlights burnt out so i bought some blue ones at orielly. here's a pic with just those and my side markers on. threw an LED dome light in, and wired some red LED's to my dome light so when you open the doors the floor lights up.

My 06 burnt those headlight illumination bulbs out like crazy. I probably went through 3 in the first 3 years of owning it, not sure what's up with that. I just pulled the bulbs and put the plugs back in with nothing in them, I like just the amber corners now :)

I like the LED dome, is it a lot brighter inside with that at night?

Fitted some rally tires on after running around trying to get some rims to fit, but they fit now, only had to do a slight amount of modifications... Hopefully I'll get some pics tomorrow at the Gay, MI at the Gay RallyX.

First pass at tuning completed. Car runs well but, unable to put much timing in it. Keeps pulling timing without much advance.

Hoping it is the cheap 92 octane gas I ran trying to make sure I got a usable day to day tune or maybe the rattling of the external wastegate being picked up by the knock sensor. Gonna have to do some research and put some big name gas in it and try again to see if I can get it to run the way it should.

    Painted the breaks orange
installed blue rings around the speakers in the doors
added blue lights in the door pulls
    fixed my halo/LED headlights
ran all the wires for the new lights
painted door panels black and orange
did another coat of spray tint on the tail lights
    and changed the oil

Not like it was a productive day or anything, I just figured that I would wait till 1 in the morning to post it all :D

It was really soft and loose. Cannon Falls is much better, at least a fairly hard packed line develops. The stamp sand was getting deeper ruts then at raceway with less cars. My engine almost overheated a couple times because I had it pinned the whole time trying not to get bogged down.
