Today, my girlfriend and I were departing for a nice breakfast. I noticed my check engine light was on (Yay!! Again!!!....). I brought it down to the parts store after our lovely breakfast to get it plugged in and figure this out. The machine tells me i need the vehicle code to get the diagnostic code, so he put it in as a mitsubishi. It said something about it being an emissions issue.... It gave me a code ( P1490 ), but I have no clue what that means. I'm confused.... Again.... Oh well. I guess that means I get to spend more alone time with Subie. But if anyone has any input as to what's wrong with my ride, message me. Thanks.

Ripped out the cluster**** of a remote start install from under my dash that Best Buy put there under the previous owners direction and fixed it.

Hadn't been able to start my car with the key in like a year, and every now and then the remote wouldn't do it either (until I'd reach up in the dash and shake everything around a bit). Bad butt connectors. And like, oh, 6 miles worth of electrical tape.

Checked for flatspots on the tires from it not moving for so long. Then kicked it...lightly...and told it to grow itself a new motor.

Got my wife's car back after getting some rust repair done by Centerline.

I don't have any before pics, but here are during and after. I think it turned out great and my wife is really happy with it.

Now I'll have to wait a while for the paint to harden and get the rest of the car detailed.

I dropped the money to become an AMSoil PC. Then ordered a case of AMSoil for cheaper than retail with the cost of the membership..... YEAH DISCOUNTS!

Nice looking job on the rust repair. That is on my to do list for sometime in the future.

I dropped the rear diff in my car to look at installing new rear diff mounting bushings. It is going to be a huge PITA.

Sold it. Both sets of wheels, exhaust, weathertech mats, DVD player..... everything. Got more than I was looking for, and it only sat on the lot for 20 hours. The 2 customers literally got in a bidding war over it. lol

Finally put in the rear door panels (after a month and a half of dicking around) They need to be repainted but I figured all the panels should be on for Saturday.

Somebody stole my exhaust tip last night.... I spent today painting and installing a new one. I really don't like this one either. It's too big. I kinda like the sound, but it's too big.

    Is your turbo ported?
Also, did you look at the hotside for the infamous wastegate crack?

Changed out the front 02 sensor and tried to install rear sway bar links (sway bar is off center and I didn't have the right size hex to remove it and recenter). Also put in a pioneer avh-4200 and an underseat 8" sub.
