I wonder if this is just in comparison to the high HP/TQ car w/ "M&S?" rated summer tires you drive through the winter.
A silver 2001 Chevy Impala LS. 3.8L of indestructible Detroit pushrod fury. More tire sidewall showing than one of those Caterpillar open pit mine dump trucks. Handles like the Exxon Valdez. Bow before me.
urgh. you can't be serious, that car is monstrously ugly. I like when they started calling it "bloody wheels' based on its concept drawing any small children to run over?
and according to the concept drawing t comes sitting in a pool of gore, with a dual barrel shotgun mounted in the front bumper
2003 Ford Excursion Diesel Bully Dog triple dog Bully Dog Monitor Visteon Air Box Wife never takes it off the "Extreem" setting unless we have the 24 ft race trailer hooked up. Getting 21mpg on the highway and 14mpg with a fully loaded trailer. Unless she pulls the trailer with the brakes locked on, long story for another post. Fast Fast Fast, has left many street racers in a cloud of black smoke. Mike
So how many intake manifold gaskets have you replaced?? haha. Cripes, I don't have time or money for women. I have a car that pwnes me:eek3: Like the $280 radiator I just bought.
Nope, it really handled well. The suspension was surprisingly stiffer than expected, and the car was actually a bit 'tail happy' for a FWD sedan. And this is without teh e-brake. But yes, compared to the WRX, anything handles better in the snow.
I have noticed that many of the newer FWD compacts are quite susceptible to trailing throttle oversteer. My old VW and Nissan would never do that.
The woman drives an 06 Impala. I told her i would help her buy the car but then she just went out and bought it one day, i was forced into putting a full system in it!! I got the shaft on that deal. But overall nice car. It bumps loud too!!!
