Just picked up a new(used) catback for the 09. What gaskets am I going to need and can I get them at the stealership?

    Thanks in advance,

    Bob

If it bolts to the stock flange, just use the stock gasket.

The front bolts to the stock flange, but where the midpipe bolts to the axle back its 3 inch and the current gasket won't work.

I think he got SPT. You could use oem downpipe to catback gasket but you will need a special SPT gasket for midpipe to axel back part. Hopefully you wouldn't need that one.

Not with that kind of attitude...

Yes we can get the SPT 3" gasket and bolts as a kit. But i forget the price. Plus your not a MNSOC member so you can't see the super special prices.

Whatever gasket you get. Dont get "Remflex" gaskets. My experience with them is that they're too fragile and breaks easily. Spend $18 for a 3" gasket and screw it up. Spend $4 for a silicone gasker maker and problem solved.

Not all dealerships are stealerships, just the one in Rochester. They suck. I don't even consider them a Subaru dealership. They're a chevy dealer that just so happens to sell Subarus.

Any way you could look up that part for me? I'd appreciate it.
