Mostly back together. Gap at wheel well until the clips come in. Little deformation of the plastic where the grill and fog light surrounds meet, but not really noticable unless you're looking for it.
Got something to stick in the rear end. It's supposed to be a 4-in-1. I think that's fog light, brake light, reverse light and vibrator.
What about an S4? That checks all of the boxes you listed? You can get a low mileage S4 for around $42k - $45k as well.
