I am surprised my girlfriend’s creepy ex Dan isn’t trying to start fights with me on here. He is the world’s biggest Subaru freak and I honestly thought it was him that put the note on my car about this place because he puts creepy stalker notes on her car all the time. He is one of those creepy super seniors that take advantage of freshman girls. He offered to put my headers in for me but honestly I think it is just so he could find out where I live so he could stalk her more. If anyone talks to a short curly blonde haired kid named Dan with a crappy old Subaru, punch him in the face for me. I am sure he would appreciate it compared to what I would do to him. I have no sympathy for people who take advantage of girls, especially ones I care about.

Wow, that trailed to off-topic pretty gradually didn't it )

How can you want a sleeper and not like sedans? I would totally dig an OBS with the same mods I've got in my car right now. Not much can hurt worse than getting schooled by a wagon, especially if you've got groceries in the back. I totally respect the folks that got WRX wagons, that is a hot-looking wagon.

However I think the sleeper idea is getting harder and harder to pull off. Take for instance many of us. We know our cars pretty well and kinda have a good idea what stock would look like on them and what wouldn't. I think the sleeper effect only works on the people who think they're into cars but don't actually know anything. I guess that's probably enough, but it would be fun to make a sleeper that could even confuse the real car nuts? How about an old 89 Dodge Shelby CSX with a Stealth drivetrain and engine planted in it? }:)

Yeah, I go on tangents when I drink. I had just talked to my girlfriend and she said her ex was still stalking her. He is a Subaru nut, so you see the connection.

Everyone knows what a WRX wagon is. That is hardly a sleeper. I like the s4 wagon over the WRX wagon personally but that is just my preference. I like less common cars, which is why I drive an RS. My friends Jetta is the ultimate sleeper. It is the older square body style- I’m not sure what year. He has a stage 3 turbo and a ton of other stuff done to it. The only thing he has done to the outside is new rims and the exhaust is even pretty inconspicuous. My roommate said that they raced and beat a 911 with it. I was told he had close to 20k just into mods but I’m not positive. The sad thing is he said the only car he ever raced and lost to was a Civic. I have to say that Civics are the most annoying things to come out of Asia since Yoko Ono.

i think the best sleeper would be like a geo metro with a 13b in there or a 20b. and then some spinner hub caps. and a light up exhaust tip.

If only it were a storm, I think I saw a car that looked almost identical to that close to campus in Duluth. It had some pretty sweet flames painted on it too. I love rednecks.

Everyone I know has problems with their Audis and VWs as well. With as much as my friend beats his up that is kind of to be expected though. I like the old square body style Jetta. The newer one sucks. I have not heard anything about the newest but I am not sure if it is available to the general public yet.

Duluth is filled with Hondas that have the most ugly non-painted body kits and ridiculous aluminum "ricing" wings. I have yet to see any black RS's in town, I've seen the white one at dominoes by UMD campus, Lok's silver one, and a guy I knew from middle school has a white GC8. We almost need a Duluth subaru meet.

if friday is gonna rain then nothing will happen that related to cars beside drifting which is good for me, if the night is nice then people might meet down at canal park and then go somewhere to race sometime, depends on how lazy them guys are. and usually happen around midnight. i know i wont drift before midnight.

Good luck with that one people. I was just in duluth for two weeks and posted multiple times to try and get people together. The only one that responded was Chux. No one else even posted a response. What a dull scene. Thanks Chux, at least you acknowledged my posts. :)
