I sold it last year but at 280whp i was trapping 111mph and 13.2 on street tires, and I sold it for an s2000 which handled pretty good with the nitto nt-05's it had on some rpf1s
i THOUGHT THE SAME THING, I didn't wanna get banned for making fun of ones sexual orientation though...LOLz.... Just kidding.... Right?:eek3:
Ah. Well, wouldn't it almost be better to run something like a ford festiva, older-style beetle or even a mini if you're looking to go super high power/weight ratio?
well everytime im in my civic and i see someone or see a nice car next to me i give it a lil rev just to say hi. after doing my motor swap and wire tuck i took all things out i didnt need so i said bye to the horn as well so i think thats why i rev it. even though its sad my civic can keep up with my wrx, dont know if thats a good thing or not, i dont think id go up to someone and revbounce the piss out if it to race lol thats just silly
+1 i have owned an 83' civic (which i will make a sleeper if i ever win the lotto :biggrin and a 96' civic. I like the 96 and prior civics. I love the CRX. i know they aren't the best car to mod... but i still love them.
The point here is some honda drivers don't care what is under your hood, all they care about is to see how they will keep up with your 10grand plus car and smoke you in their 3grand car plus the build.
yeah they have a ton of options for mods. but FWD would be the main thing that i would not like about the car.... (well) ..... did not like about the car when i owned two of them. if we want to look at light FWD import cars there are a lot of options out there where a motor swap isn't a must if you are looking to break 10 seconds. just because there might not be as many options for other FWD cars doesn't make them a bad contender against the civic. don't get me wrong i am not saying civics are bad, but i am not going to say they are the best car to mod in the FWD series. I was just stating that i give them more love because i have owned two and they were good cars.
S2000s are tits. even in stock trim, I love hearing them on the dyno, you just hear them keep winding out like a sprot bike, those hi rev 2.0l are incredible.
dont worry.. seeing the amount of Honda guys buying subarus I am sure you will be hearing subaru's revving at ya soon enough..
I wish m&m's were callorie free too. Well, if you take out the AWD, the suspension parts that make things stiff, and all those damn spoilers!!!!! than you could prolly trim it down to 3,200 LOLz...
buddy of mine in IL has his WRX down under 3K pounds after putting it through a jenny craig program, not too hard to acomplish
That's funny I've never seen a $3k s2000 before... Last time I checked DSM's were the easiest/cheapest thing to make fast.
lol you aren't figureing in the costs to repair the DSM each time it starts...DSM's are piles of poop
,lol i know..but its still a super snake..and its sexy :yumyum: completely made for insane fun driving on a track..but thats only IF you can handle it..that kind of car takes a special kind of driver :ugh:
The one I looked up on ebay was 200-some thousand, but I'm assuming that was because it's a super secret edition or something?
