will a curt hitch clear an HKS carbon ti muffler?

    I'm looking at buying a rear mounted thule T2 bike carrier and need a hitch to attach it. Only problem is that I need to know if the hitch will clear the carbon ti muffler, it does have a flat top section the goes over the muffler, though. Anyone know for sure?
