i thought that it was illegal to get anything darker than 50% on anything other than an SUV or a minivan or something

Just to let you guys know, i've also been thinking about tint, depending on price.

'05 wrx wag. Haven't desided on what tint amount i'm going to do, but thinking 35 all around or 35 in back, 40 on front windows.

The sedans, I have been doing for about $140. The wagons have an extra quarter glass behind the back door, so I charge just a little more($165). That is the same rate for the 08/09's hatch style.($165). If you need a removal, I would charge another $40 for the rear glass, as it is a pain in the butt. 2-3 hours work is possible just to remove and prep for new tint.

PM me or give me a call. 612-226-0295

I just ordered the material to do tail light overlays.....no computer patterns though. But I have a method to make patterns on my tinting table.

How much would it cost to do an 05' Legacy wagon? OI'd want 30% rear windows and hatch, but somthing a little lighter up front.

One more thing... Chris even puts a sticker over the power window switches to remind you (me) not to wind down the windows for 3-5 days. That's professional! I've had three other cars tinted, no one even hit the power window lock like Chris did.

Looks pretty good. I was thinking doing 40% for the front and something darker for back on my wagon. Also 40% all around for my wife's sedan. Do you know if the windows come with some tint already?

Chris showed me that the rears let 79% light through. The fronts let 72% through. So I went with 35% in the rear and 45% in the front. They balanced out pretty nicely.

I don't know why, but it seems subaru has installed a tint differential with the lighter tints on the back seat.? Seems pretty dumb, but that's the way it is.
