also, wmc isnt giving up on subarus, I talked to david a few hours ago and he said he is moving is shop and has about 3 U-haul loads of subaru parts he dosnt want to move. he told me to come to his shop with cash and a pickup truck lol.

I talked to a guy that was looking at buying that place today. He said David was asking $850,000:eek3: The guys realtor said it was only worth around $350,000. Sounds like he's reaching a little on the price.

 

Sounds about normal. If it works for cars, it should work for real estate, right?
