There's always the aluminum replacements that are sold on eBay. I replace mine with one, looks good too. I can't find any listings for more, but the company I got it from is called Celtic Motorsports, item description was "CNC Billet Aluminum Glove Box Latch". Could always hit them up. I'd offer to sell my stocker if I (and the wife) were anywhere near my parts currently. Or anytime soon. Good luck in your search though.
