    i'll chime

the reasoning I think is that it doesn't really flow with the car or have a specific theme.... it's just circles and a triangle.

give your car personality by doing something YOU really want....
people laughed at my idea to camo out my car. It was something I wanted so I went to work on it.

by all means if this is what YOU want.. then do it.
but if it doesn't meet your personality but you really want to be different.
toss out a few ideas, have some people draw you up stuff... mix and mingle untill you see it and say "THATS IT!!!!!"

In my opinion, it looks like a stick figure doing a rad wheelie on a bike. Anyone else see it?

I believe those have screen options. It wouldn't be too hard to put some in there though.
I wonder what it would look like if it was matched.

Nope there wasn't a screen option. I had to cut a piece on plexiglass and drill it to get it to fit. I might get it color matched. Might not dont know yet

I personally don't want someone to have that much access to my engine space.
good for a car show or something like that.

what I think people are trying to carry out here is that they fail to see the "form meets function" and it feels like your skipping steps to accomplish something you would get if you spent the extra 100.00 and got the goodz. Plexiglas doesn't like to hold paint well. you can paint it, but I don't recommend it. and in the long run just solid plexi might start looking a little hack jobish. No ones trying to cut you down for modding your car. it's just completely different then what they guys here are used to doing. again, if you love it... screw what they think right?

Why don't you not bother getting it color filled and just get a 2.5i hood from the dealership.
