Hey everyone, long time driver new to the forums. I regretfully offer my Subaru up for a reasonable offer before I donate it.

It's treated me well for near a decade and the head gaskets have finally failed out on me.

Needs someone who appreciates this vehicle as much as I do.

    Rio Red Legacy Lsi
    2.2 Turbo
    210k miles

    Needs:
    - Head Gaskets - leaking oil into coolant
    - Hose replacements - will start and drive if the hoses are replaced.

Not fully functional (these things ive lived without for the majority of the time I've had her):
    - No 3rd Gear for the entire time I've owned the vehicle
    - No a/c
    - Automatic seatbelt on drivers side - Jimmy rigged
    - Coolant intake fitted and working fine but can't find the proper part
    - key broke off in trunk lock
    - moon roof no longer functions, stopped working and I sealed it when it leaked rainwater
    - rear speakers shot
    - pulled fuse for cruise and ABS when abs locked up
    - oil pan leaking a bit
    - hitch ball stuck
    - replaced the clutch about 9 years ago, but not slipping, I always babied the car

    Replaced in last 30k miles:
    - Timing belt, water pump
    - Several coolant hoses
    - Upper coolant reservoir
    - ignition
    - starter
    - power steering rack
    - rear shocks/struts
    - new battery
    - front ball joints

    On the plus side,
    - Block seems solid
    - She's still fast, turbo working great and very quick in 1 and 2
    - she's sexy - Rio red legacy w/ low profile hood scoop
    - body and interior clean - no major damage or rust
    - auxiliary port works most of the time (I can't believe that this is part of the original tape deck, with tape and CD working as well.)
    - Its a tank, made well and still capable of 250k with a little attention IMO
    - awesome car for winter (vent heat works and transfers a very hot)

Shoot me an offer - probably needs a tow within the week.

Would trade for a low end snow mobile or motorcycle/moped, even if in rough shape.

Would consider trading for a nice mitre or table saw.

    Thanks Ocie -

Disclosure - The car was bought in Stillwater (by me) in 2006 - 3rd Gear went out the day after I bought the car, just dust or metal shards when we drained the transmission fluid, 9 years 8 months later, 1,2,4 and 5 still work fine and it pulls nicely. From 07-2015 the car lived with me in Arizona (lots of highway miles), and has almost no rust to show from its time in the desert. Additionally there seems to be a lot less rust on the under body than all the cars up here. Damage right now is a burst hose which needs to be replaced though could drive it a tiny bit before over heating. Head Gaskets leaking confirmed by my mechanic (and should probably be replaced) though confident you could drive it for a little while if the hose is replaced.
