Thank you Mr.Blue! I’ve got the rims and tires on it that are being sold with the car and have started the vinyl removal. My God this reflective vinyl is a pita to remove! I’ll be putting it on Craigslist in the next few days. Would definitely prefer if it stayed with my family on MnSubaru!
It got flagged and removed. I’ve got two people coming to look at it this weekend. Not going to bother fixing the ad unless they fall through. Stupid Craigslist.
Bump! Back up on Craigslist. https://minneapolis.craigslist.org/ram/cto/d/2002-subaru-wrx-25l-hybrid/6533250067.html
Also @LASERBLUE135 , i wish that i would have gotten it from you looking like that, instead of the way that i got it. I left the turbo turtle on the back in your honor!
She gone! I nearly cried in mah driveway as she pulled out. Lol Take care of her Luke! Also, Mnsubaru gained a new member with the sale of this one!
Yeahhh! And she rides off into the sunset... (pic taken a couple weeks ago on the 1 and only ride I got to take in this beauty)
Congrats on the sale. Whenever I have gotten rid of a car (private sale or trade-in), I am usually so glad to get the POS out of my life...except for the LGT...I still miss that one.
I have usually felt the same. But since my first Subaru, they’ve all been hard to get rid of. But i had the first one 11 years, this one for about 6 years, and the RSVX for about 5 or 6 years. The shortest time that i’ve owned a Subaru was the wifes Outback at 3 years. Needless to say, i’ve been an emotional little bish since i’ve been in Subarus...must be true what they say?
Oh but it was. The interior, alot of the exterior, the motor, suspension, wheels... The motor still says “blu” on the intake manifold as well.
Wife keeps suggesting we sell the WRX while there's still some life in it and put the money towards something better. I can't figure out how to explain to her that it's not that easy...
She's back on the market... https://minneapolis.craigslist.org/dak/cto/d/farmington-2002-subaru-wrx/6833137269.html
I thought the same thing. Considering how much work has been put into it you'd think they would use that as a selling point. Would be unfortunate if the buyer isn't aware of its history.
