I don't believe I have ever tossed out so many "Like"s in a single sitting while reading one thread...and how the phuck did I miss this yesterday? Considering the restraint Readymix has shown toward the OP, I can only conclude he is back on benzodiazepines again. Sad that he has yet to display his literary talents to their fullest in this thread, but maybe the best is yet to come. The quality of spelling, grammar, capitalization and punctuation Erock has displayed leads me to believe he is just not any douche nozzle, but a somewhat educated douche nozzle, and I am confused as to how I can say this yet still feel dumber after reading his posts. If I am going to ask for an estimate for service work, I don't ask the parts counter to provide their portion of the total transaction (nothing against Erik). I tell the service writer explicitly what I want done and am provided a quote for everything, parts and labor (shop supplies, fees and taxes are usually not included). Unless you have an estimate printed out by the service department's computer, everything else is just an exercise in he said/she said, with three sides to the conversation(s) that took place. And lastly to any guests or lurkers that stumble upon this thread, I too have had nothing but positive experiences with Morrie's Subaru in Minnetonka and have no hesitation to shop there for a new car, have my current Subaru serviced there, or buy quality OEM parts and partake of the knowledge the counter people have to offer. I lied, I'm not done...Erock, please, just sell the Subaru and buy a BMW/Mercedes/Audi as you will fit in better with that group of connoisseurs of automotive excellence.
I got laid off of the job that was causing me to be overly caustic. My new job treats me muuuuuuch better. The travel times have been reduced to under 10% and I get paid more. So my full bore attacks are reserved for the more deserving. This guy came off as far too stupid for a full on rage post. I am not ruling anything out though. He isn't banned yet.
I would like to complain about Morries as well, they have often been way too helpful with part pricing, and did a great job replacing my front control arms, they even gave me a nice rental car! If I haven't thanked the staff at Morries for putting up with me, I have always appreciated the time and patience.

I had a horrible Morries experience too... they had the NERVE to charge me LESS for a set of Aluminum Spec B control arms than ANY other price I could find online. Then, on top of that, they were FRIENDLY when i got there!
