Just a heads up for those who might come across this on CL.
Seller claims that his co-w0rker recently sold her 07 WRX and gave him the Accessport to sell. The AP is still married to the WRX and will not work if you try to sync it to your Scooby. I explained to the seller about this last week and he still has the CL posting activated. With it still posted, he's probably looking for a sucker to buy it.

I don't think I could even sell my 2011 WRX with 8,000 miles on it for that much.

The pic with the spare on the rear made me laugh. It's supposed to be a dealer? I don't know if I would trust that. The car may be good though...

 

If you follow it to their website it is a towing company selling it, so I am sure there is a shady history going on with that car.

 

I bought a car from a towing company once. Got it re-titled and it was a great car. It had some questionable green stuff in the shifter boot. They also used duct tape on all the doors and windows. I can only guess ghats how they know if someone was in the car. Who cares the history. Do the maintenance and get on with enjoying it.

I just spoke to this guy/gal as well. The story I was told was that it was a salvage car he was cleaning out and it was in there and he took it. I asked if it was unmarried and that it wouldn't work if it wasn't and he hung up on me and stopped responding to texts.

Now here is a hell of a buy for $35000 you can have a 417awhp 05 STI taht runs in the 10 second range. LOLZ Oh eah it has to have a good driver to get in the 10's though

Thats my old car, quite a solid engine in it. It needed help with tuning but even though it still ripped pretty good. If I had money I'd buy it back for sentimental value.
