Spotted/heard on 93x half ass morning show today someone called in from buffalo. Asked the morning show guest (a cop) about window tint on his 3 Subaru wagons. Also claimed that he wasn't gay. Had a good laugh

About 5 minutes ago, two new Gens(2015+) off of Century Avenue and 694.

First one was a DGM STi with gold BBS and tint. Second one was a silver WRX with tint. Exchanged dueces with both!

Anyone here with a 2.5RS that I just followed on the river road downtown this evening?

Saw a real nice 2015-17 Dark grey or black STi right by the 694/94 split.
Also at Dave and Busters Maple Grove saw a 2015-17 Blue STi.

This evening around 5. White GR hatch on gold wheels, lowered, window tint. You got off of 694 west and went north on White Bear Avenue. The sound coming out of that thing was glorious! Very nice!

Then about 30 seconds later(you were turning on 694 west from White Bear Avenue)...pre-2000 green Outback, lowered on what appeared to be black steelies. Exchanged waves. Nice ride!

Spotted a beautiful STI this morning with an aftermarket exhaust that sounded great. Heading north on hwy 13 in prior lake.
Not to sound like a missed connections page, but from what I could tell, the girl driving was pretty hot herself. Though my fantasy says that it was her car, the reality is that it is probably her beefy boyfriend's car :-(

Don't know if we have any Dave Ramsey "fans" in here, but wife and I were listening to his pod cast the other night and got a pretty sweet laugh. This specific pod cast is where he has current millionaires call in to have them share some of their personal experiences and tips. We think we figured out how to link to the specific audio file. So if it works, fast forward to about 13 minutes in. It's sort of a "spotted" deal.

I didn't know where else to put it, forum wise. Just a funny Subaru "sighting". Did you listen?

He asks them all about how many cars they've bought new before they became established millionaires, since he doesn't believe in that. This guy mentions that they've bought 2 or 3 because they've got a thing for "stick shift Subaru's" and that they're really hard to find used.

I don't particularly care for Dave Ramsey or for any of the "Self Help" or "Get out of debt" people. But we will leave it at that. It is funny to hear about millionaires driving Subies though. I always thought if I won the lottery I would still drive my Subie.

A long time ago i saw a pic of a Ferrari that had a bumper sticker that said "My other car is a Subaru" on it. The STi was his "winter beater".

I spotted a 2010-2011 STI sedan this morning on 694 west and University around 8:30 this morning. You were in the far left lane. Silver bugeye in the far right. I merged over to the center lane to see if traffic would let me catch up, but no dice.

Saw a crazy modded wrx or sti hatch yesterday at University and Cleveland in St. Paul. WRB with MASSIVE silver fender flairs and a WRC wing. Honestly looked WRC spec with everything on the exterior and exhaust. Anyone ever seen this thing driving around? I live in the area and it just looked so out of place.

Nope. Page 57 of this thread. I spotted him and someone else posted the pic from his FaceBook or something.

I wouldn't mind having a WRB hatch. I just wouldn't do that to it.

Spotted a 2013-14 black wrx at the exit of hwy 94 and 62 exchanged waves.

Sunday I spotted a black blobeye in the south dale center parking lot. Must have been a new purchase had the yellow temp tag in the rear window and he or she kind of parked like an ass hat.
    (horrible camera picture):shifty:

Anyone here own a silver Forester XT with a roof rack and an aftermarket exhaust in the Arden Hills area? Pretty much daily around 7:15am I see/hear this FXT pass by me turning onto Hamline Ave. southbound while I am dropping my kids off at the Arden Hills Kindercare. I usually hear the exhaust before I see it (sounds nice), sometimes I never see it but hear it from within the daycare.

Last Friday I was at Cuzzys on Washington with some friends. When we came out to leave, I was surrounded by Subarus!

I saw quite a few Subies over the weekend. I saw (3) 2011-2014 STi's all of which were in a 3 mile stretch right by the paradise car wash in Coon Rapids/Andover area. Saw a very nice looking 08-10 WRX at the Champlin Subway today.
Not a Subie, but I saw a new Jaguar F-Pace SUV. It sounded really nice, and for the mother of all SUV's this weekend, a Porsche Macan GTS. YUM! lol.

Spotted this clean looking legacy wagon at my kid's daycare. Notice the "CVM" badge u nder the Subaru badge. Any chance that stands for continuous variable manual? Because that's what I thought it stood for. If so, awesome. If not, I'm dumb :)

I'm totally with you that it's not a real thing. I'm hoping this guy thought of it as a play on the CVT. If that's the case, I like it.
