Yeah. If I'm at the edge of a row, I'll often toe the line just to give anyone who parks next to me more room to avoid door dings, but that doesn't always work. Once I had some redneck trucker idiot (complete with metallic trucker nuts hanging off the tow hitch) park horribly at an angle to the point of the rear end nearly blocking me in. If I hadn't had the passenger side clear, I'd probably be stuck in my stall. I was so tempted to castrate his stupid truck and jam them up the tailpipe. For courtesy of others and to make my car less of a target, I will always park my car within the lines as centered as I can. I'm that OCD type who will use the back-up cam to ensure I'm positioned well.

Saw a really clean yellow bugeye WRX pull into SuperTarget off Central Ave. and 694 this early afternoon. Plate read "BEEWRX". I was just getting my kids into my wife's silver Honda CR-V when you parked. I was going to say hi, but my wife gave me the look of, "Really?? Seriously???" whenever I go to greet a fellow WRX driver. Figured I didn't need more eye rolling so I just stayed incognito.
A couple days ago I pulled in for gas, and the guy next to me had a 98 or 99 2.5rs. We started talking about Subarus, while our tanks filled. When I got back in the car, my wife says "oh, did you guys bond?....that's cute." She just doesn't get it.
My wife doesn't get it in the least. But she will start up a conversation with some other lady in the line at SuperTarget who happens to have the same handbag or whatever. I realize there are a number of one-way streets with my wife where she can poke fun at me about something and have no consequence, but if I do it to her.... I'm still not sure if it is due to my lack of wit, being socially inept, or just overall skull thickness.
It's funny, going to a car show, or even the LAX Cruise, and watching the wives/girlfriends sit in the passenger seat, looking miserable. Hey, if you're gonna drag my ass to Pier One, so you can look at coffee tables (which I will get to buy, and haul), then you can at least pretend to give a rat's ass about the only thing that im passionate about......Sorry, I kinda blacked out there and went on a rant.

I recall driving near you for awhile that morning lol. I hop on 694 from Silver Lake Road and take that to 100 and then down to 55 in Golden Valley. Look for a silver bugeye with tint and exhaust
I remember. That's about where I end up, 55 and 169 (take 100 because it's faster). Seen a few nice ones along 100/694 last few years. Used to see a bugeye hatch with Wisconsin plates so I'm not the only one making the trek! I've also seen that blue one in the previous posting with the FLA4TOUT plates. It's a long drive. I was going to sell it since driving a stick in traffic gets old, but I put a short block in it last year and now the whole drivetrain is pretty much brand new, so might as well keep it.
