That's MNCEC - Minnesota Car Enthusiast Club. A large collective of mostly dinguses on the Facepages. MNCEC is the larger entity that breaks down into the likes of MnSubiez and giant wang Miatas. You get the point.
First time I heard of that club. I am largely unaware of the various car enthusiast groups. I pretty much stay off social media with the exception of a few forums I frequent. I've seen some of the MNSubiez cars around and most have pretty much lived up to the general stereotype.
I spot this hawkeye pretty often when I want to avoid driving on 35W. Finally had a chance to snap a picture at the light. I believe this is @Pauline?
Yup, black ETS front-mount. I see this parked in the same spot off of Lyndale in the Kingfield neighborhood.
I volunteered at a few MNCEC events. They're not bad, but every event has the same format, and the same cars always win. The 2 bagged white STI hatches, the yellow bagged "taxi" S4, etc. It's cool to see the Skylines, and some of the other cars that come out for the events, but you also get the douche canoes from MN Exotics that show up with their own velvet ropes to put around their garage queen. It is what it is.
Not a Subie, but I drove alongside this 488 GTB through traffic on 694 today. Did see a nice gray 08-14 hatch on 36 not long after, lowered, Rally Armors and maybe black chrome RPF1s? Couldn't get a pic in time.
Good eye . Yep, drove the Pilot yesterday. Had to go look at an RV claim in Big Lake and can't fit a ladder in the company car. Worked out because I ended up having to pick up about $1,500 worth of balusters for my deck on my way home so I needed the cargo space for that too.
I drove with Hyprblu a week or two ago on 494 Eastbound near Eagan. Very nicely modded vehicle! Exchanged waves, and then I proceeded to drool as it went on.
Saw a pretty blue subaru at menards in Apple Valley while obtaining materials for my residence. I think I've seen it before but just saying hi again.
