Picked up this gem on Friday. The only straight panels on the car are the doors and passenger rear quarter.. But the LS3/Nitrous/T56/Moser 9" should go pretty well in my 95Z28.
Picked this up yesterday for my Camaro: It'll hopefully go on over the winter. Should really make the car get down pretty well.
Ok, time to let the cat out of the bag... BAM! '14 Audi RS5 -Misano Red -Blk Alcantera Sport Seats -MMI/B&O -Sport Exhaust Expecting delivery July 29th. Woohoo! This one isn't mine, but the exterior will be the same: Looks like someone may be adding a STi purchase on here in the not too distant future. Keeping the RS for track duty, though.
Beautiful ride, I saw a white one in Golden Valley a couple of weeks ago. My wife's boss just picked up an S7 and has the RS7 on order, sounds like he's going with Daytona Grey Matte for his. Looking forward to pictures of the beast when it comes in!
Yeah, the Wave is a nice thing. I've got a CQC-7, a -15 and now a CQC-T on order. I won't carry anything else on a daily basis.
Doh! Scrolling up fail. Looks good Anthony, and I like the wheels. I want to ride in it sometime...or maybe I shouldn't, might force me to sell my STi.
Now that is one hell of a car as well! What's with MNSubie members growing up and buying cars that are actually nice?!
...and here is a pic of the car I picked up Friday... Need to get the new wheels on it (stockies will sport the winter tires). ...and I'm not grown up!
Not that recent of a purchase, but now that I have 20+ shaves on it (including shaving my head 5 times), I feel good about recommending these cheap dorco blades. $18 shipped (after coupon) for the body and 10 blades. Each blade is supposed to be good for 28 shaves. As mentioned, 20 shaves in and the comfort strip is still intact and the blades are still sharp enough to cut through tangledupinblu's bikini area. http://www.dorcousa.com/sxa5000-sxa5040-6-blade-with-trimmer-system-for-men-cartridge-combo-pack/ It actually means I'll use it when it's completely unnecessary... like today when I broke down some cardboard boxes
Misano Red, MMI, Sport Exhaust, and Alcantera seats. Can't wait to get to 600 mi so I can open her up! Only 120mi to go, should be done tomorrow. I am impressed with the S-Tronic transmission, definitely not a manual but still gives me some manual like control in Dynamic Mode. The throttle response is great coming from the HTA68 on the STi, no need to wait for boost (not that it was bad in the first place). My new wheels got damaged in shipping so I am fighting with the shop I bought them from. The new wheels will take it over the top (20x10.5 Vossen CV2 in Matte Silver).
One of these: One of these: And after I'm back home, it'll look something like this (not my car or my pic, stolen from an acquaintances post): Bought the brakes I've been waiting for a good deal on, '06/07 WRX 4/2 pot calipers: Still need the DBA rotors that'll fit, brackets for the rear calipers, and pads. Have braided lines already on hand for the job. Bought the wife this: She'd been eyeballing it, I bought it for her, earned some major brownie points that I can make use of for a while still.
Forgot to take pics before I had them installed today but Whiteline sways (24mm F, 22mm R) plus adjustable front endlinks, Kartboy rear endlinks, and stainless steel brake lines (thanks DanFran!).
