I know/hope you guys are joking around. But let's be mindful of what we post in event threads. It's hard enough to find a welcoming venue. Let's not let this devolve into Sonic Meet status.

 

Agreed. Events maintenance and policy needs a look.

There's nothing left to be said about locations or updates for this weekly. If anyone chooses to continue along the same vapid discussion line, it better be funny. If it isn't, I'm going to amuse myself by choosing silly ban parameters and messages. Fair warning.

 

I could go for a steak sandwich, walleye strips, and some nitro stouts. 7ish?

Otherwise I'll be easy to spot. Probably the only bald/buzz cut Asian in the whole place.
@tehfuzz looks like a meatier Henry Rollins and sticks out as well.
@Nhibbs looks like a tall, more feminine (if that's even possible) Michael Cera.

It won't always be. It's usually pretty calm. At most on non game night's I've seen waits for like 15 minutes.

 

Agreed. We can keep an eye out. We abandoned oc bc of the terrible service. Moving bc the venue is hashed makes sense.

Big if though. As mentioned, winter dabbler tix sales made it unusually busy last night. It usually clears out by 7-730 even on game nights. @Ryan FailRad was also flagging down cars wjth his orange poncho and everyone stuck around to catch a glimpse of @Nhibbs nips. The happy hour crowd that goes there seems to wait till traffic dies down, then its wide open. I cant remember the last time we waited, but one of the super early birds might know @Neil Wise @tehfuzz

We have a good thing going there and have a solid foundation for a long term relationship. Good, welcoming venues are hard to find and maintain. The bartender(s) and regular wait staff know most of us by now and we arent "that douchey group that doesnt order food, takes up a ton of seats, and hardly tips."
